Mazomanie Flood Homes

An extensive photo series documenting homes effected by the August 21, 2018 flood. Albums under work with captions, etc. (Other home series coming soon)

218 E Hudson
The home at 218 E Hudson was moved off its foundation and made its way to its new location at 20 N John Street in Mazomanie. The Village of Mazomanie bought the home in late 2021 to make green space for flood prone areas in Mazomanie. Local home improvement contractor, Jim Marx, then bought the home from the village in early 2022 with the intent of adding an addition to the home at the new site. Jim’s in laws will be the new residents in the home once it’s finished. May 13, 2022.
